Each product we carry is built differently – some are printed to order, while others are kept in stock. Print to order products take around a week to ship, whereas stocked items take 3-5 days.

Returns & Refunds
We accept unused and unaltered products for domestic return or exchange. We ask that items must be returned in original packaging in order so that we can recycle and save on waste when possible.
Return eligibility information is located on each individual product page.
For returns processed within 30 days of the shipment arrival date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Refunds will not be offered for merchandise more than 30 days after delivery date.
To start a return or exchange: email info@mineral-studios.com with your order number, we reply with return instructions, and your refund goes to the original payment method once the piece is back with us.
Warranty, Damaged & Lost Parts
Warranty:
Each product we carry utilizes different materials and production processes. For eligibility for repairs/replacements, please check the Product Care section of each individual product.
We offer a 1 year warranty for products covered.
What is Covered:
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
What is Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Product aging.
• Damage caused by accidents, maltreatment, or abnormal use.
If a defect is verified, Mineral will choose to provide one of the following at no cost:
(1) Repair
(2) Re-delivery of a new product
(3) A discount code on your next purchase
(4) Refund
To raise a repair/replacement concern:
Send us an email at info@mineral-studios.com Include your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photographs of the damage.
You must notify us within 30 days after receiving the product or reasonable time after discovering the defect
